We collect only the information you give us when you request a party or sign up for updates: your name, phone number, email address, event details and any notes you share.

We use that information to respond to your request, confirm your booking, and — if you opt in separately — to send occasional updates about our services. Booking a party never automatically signs you up for marketing messages.

We do not sell your information. You can ask us to remove your information at any time by contacting us.

Submitting the party request form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed reservation until we contact you and confirm your date, time and details.

Prices shown in your request are estimates. Your final price is confirmed before your event.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the setup area and for ensuring the space is suitable for the service you booked. We'll confirm setup details with you before your booking.

Foam parties are run by our trained attendant. Guests and hosts do not operate the equipment at any time.

We arrive ahead of your start time to set up, and we handle breakdown and cleanup of our own equipment afterward.

If severe weather makes the event unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
